Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall Onomappu Factory, or any people working as part of the Onomappu Factory team, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any of the below:

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Onomappu Factory and all those working as part of the Onomappu Factory team from and against any actions, claims, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including without limitation attorney’s fees and costs) arising from or in connection with:

Product Orders, Returns and Refunds
All purchases made on Onomappu Factory are final.
Onomappu Factory will not assume responsibility for items that are lost or stolen in delivery and do not reach their destination. In the case of a failed delivery Onomappu Factory will not be required to process a refund and will not ship a replacement product.
Onomappu Factory will not assume responsibility for items that are damaged during delivery. In the case of a product that becomes damaged during delivery Onomappu Factory will not be required to process a refund and will not ship a replacement product.
Onomappu Factory will not be required to process any requests to cancel an order after the order has been placed. In the case of a request for a canceled order Onomappu Factory will not not be required process a refund or cancel the transaction or shipment.
Users with order issues of any kind may contact Onomappu Factory. Although not legally required or responsible, if Onomappu Factory agrees to process a refund, the user will be required to ship the original product back to Onomappu Factory and all shipment costs shall be the responsibility of the user or purchasing party. Once returned Onomappu Factory will verify the issue matches what was described before processing any refund. The sole determination of issue confirmation lies solely with Onomappu Factory. If Onomappu Factory deems the discrepancy does not match the communicated issue, Onomappu Factory may decide to not process the refund. The cost of return shipment made by the user or purchaser will also be forfeit in this case, and will also not be recuperated by Onomappu Factory.
Placing an order on Onomappu Factory does not constitute the entering a "required to fulfill" contract with Onomappu Factory. Onomappu Factory may refuse the order based on lack of inventory, pricing errors, concerns about payment or any other concerns not listed, at the sole discretion of Onomappu Factory. If Onomappu Factory elects to refuse an order - Onomappu Factory will process a refund to the purchaser.
Onomappu Factory reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.
Users agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the website must be initiated within 6 months after the cause of action occurs. Otherwise, all possible cause of action is permanently barred.
